Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Create and maintain documentation and specifications.
• Use data visualization tools to identify trends and support insights.
• Assist in managing tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Support stakeholder communication and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of IT business analysis experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with documentation, user stories, and agile processes.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze data and provide business insights.
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic stakeholder management skills.
