Associate Construction Scheduler (Primavera P6) - K-12 School Construction

LAUSD's Project Execution group delivers the District's school construction and modernization projects. As Associate Scheduler, you support the project teams with the construction schedules for those projects, working in Primavera P6 scheduling software and from the architectural plans and specifications each schedule is built on.

This is a full-time, in-person position. The District has 3 openings.

What You Will Own

Construction schedules for District projects, built and updated in Primavera P6

Review of contractor schedule submittals and updates

Progress tracking against the schedule and schedule status reporting to the project team

Schedule input drawn from the architectural plans and specifications

Requirements

What You Bring

3 years of full-time scheduling experience for an owner or a general contractor, or on a construction program (required for this role)

Primavera P6, current version, and Microsoft Office (required for this role)

The ability to read architectural plans and specifications (required for this role)

A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, construction engineering, or a related field (required for this role)

Compensation

Salary range: $143,000 to $157,000 per year, based on experience.
