BESTANK Manufacturing Corporation started over 30 years ago with a handful of employees. The backbone of the company was built on fair trade and equality, building on the precepts of PURITY, QUALITY & TRUST into every aspect of our operations.

• Promotes the use of Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customers.
• Follow the Company's developed Quality System Program in carrying out of duties and responsibilities.
• Assist in the inspection and corrective actions processes and the implementation of Quality processes required to support the QMS and the Company's Quality Objectives.
• Conduct audit and investigation to all delivery lapses.
• Identify areas for process weakness and propose appropriate control to mitigate weakness.
• Monitor corrective actions implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor non conformities ensuring that these matter, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficiencies.
• Performs audit of processes and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOP's.
• Maintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the Operations.
• Review and analysis of Shipment Discrepancy for VisMin.
• Checking of truck movement log for Valenzuela and VizMin
• Monitoring and analysis of pending RPO, pending post receive and production output.
• Documentation of Audit Process.
• Conduct special audit as per management's recquirements.
• Conduct truck audit.
• Do other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Have a college degree in Accountancy, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses.
• Be able to express himself in a clear and effective manner.
• Be confident in English conversation.
• Have desire in achieving excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Be extremely detail oriented.
• Have above average computer skills
• Have above average problem solving skills (good in numbers)
