Backend Engineer (Node.js / NestJS)

What you will be doing:

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Work closely with product managers, designers and frontend engineers in order to create innovative and usable solutions
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Implementing end to end and unit tests
  
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Solid programming experience in Node / Express
• Experience designing and developing API’s at scale
• Familiarity with NoSQL data design patterns
• Familiarity with WebSockets
• Familiarity with Clean Code principles
• Demonstrates a track record of delivering impactful technical projects (public Git projects, Stackoverflow account with good reputation are plus points)
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in NestJS is a plus
• Modern Agile development, familiarity with TDD and CI/CD
• Experience with AWS services related to compute, storage and event-driven apps
• Experience designing Architectural patterns
