DevOps Engineer (Self-hosted Infrastructure)

What you will be doing:

• Creating, managing and maintaining self-hosted infrastructure (e.g. Hetzner, On-Prem)
• Building and improving CI/CD pipelines
• Ensuring system scalability, uptime, and security
• Deploying and maintaining applications using container-based solutions
• Monitoring systems and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborating with engineering teams on deployments and architecture
  
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with Linux, Docker, and networking
• Experience with self-hosted or custom infrastructure setups
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
• Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving mindset
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform)
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm)
• Experience with high-availability systems
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
