Backend Software Developer - C#

Model: Onsite

Scope: Fulltime - Employed

Location: Be’er Ya’akov

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend software applications using C# and .NET (Framework and .NET 6+)

• Develop solutions that interface with hardware components, controllers, and peripheral devices

• Implement and support communication protocols, including TCP/IP and UDP

• Integrate software with hardware and multidisciplinary systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems, hardware, operations, and technical support

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming (OOP)

• Experience with network and serial communication technologies

• Experience integrating software with hardware interfaces and communication protocols

• Experience with source code and configuration management tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar

• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing software for complex, multidisciplinary systems

• Experience working in regulated, industrial, aerospace, automotive, medical device, or technology environments

• Familiarity with Agile
