Billing Coordination Specialist

Overview

Our Billing Coordination Specialist is responsible for all activities within the billing process including billing creation, monitoring billing, billing distribution, troubleshooting and corrective action, and post billing activities. This is a critical role in the overall Order to Cash and Revenue Recognition processes.

She/He is also responsible for training and coaching the new joiner, identifying opportunities for improvement, resolving technical issues, participating on monthly meetings and cooperating with other departments (Finance, Delivery and Logistics, Tax, IT, CS, and AR) to resolve invoicing related issues.

Responsibilities

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

• All Billing related activities (running transactions, reports, resolving issues…)

• Provide training and coach new joiners
• Facilitate training for different departments upon need such as billing related transactional and/or any new processes
• Participate on M&As and project related UATs
• Identify opportunities for improvement (Process automation)
• Support the Global Billing Team with technical issue resolution
• Facilitate interdepartmental Billing issue resolution
• Act as a back-up Team Lead for operational issues during the team leader’s absence

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of billing experience
