Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Key Account Manager and Graphic Designer in preparing clear graphic briefs, following-up, checking artworks, decorating store, and meeting deadlines
- Supporting Key Account Manager on commercial and marketing execution
- Supporting Key Account Manager and working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, Store Ops, Listing team etc. on day-to-day operations
- Ensuring correct communications in artworks and captions across multiple platforms such as Shopee, Lazada etc.
Qualifications:
- Able to prioritize task and work under tight deadlines
- Good Logical, analytical, data driven mindset and detail oriented
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment
- Good knowledge of Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Graph, PowerPoint. Basic Photoshop skill is preferred.
