Your Day-to-Day

• Monitor and report social media conversations, mentions, and brand sentiment.
• Manage customer inquiries, comments, and community interactions across social media.
• Coordinate social media content distribution according to the content calendar.
• Identify customer concerns, brand risks, and relevant audience insights for escalation.
• Collaborate with relevant PICs to resolve issues and maintain positive brand perception.
• Prepare regular social media monitoring and insight reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media community behavior.
• Experience in social media management, community engagement, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and organized in handling multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
