You will be working directly alongside with C-level founders, lead B2B sales development, pitch creative campaign concepts, and manage client relationships. This role offers an ideal balance of strategic sales exposure for an ambitious, independent professional ready to take end-to-end ownership.

What You Will Do

Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and introductory outreach to pitch presentation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

Collaborate directly with C-level executives and founding leaders to refine go-to-market strategy, pricing structures, and expansion initiatives.

Combine sales strategy with creative content insights to develop custom pitch decks, campaign proposals, and partnership concepts.

Identify, target, and acquire B2B brand partners, focusing on skincare, cosmetic, and personal care brands.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand marketing leads, agency directors, and corporate decision-makers.

Track market trends, digital advertising shifts, and beauty-tech innovations to continuously identify new commercial opportunities.

What You Will Need

With 1–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, client partnerships, account management, or agency environments. (Fresh Graduates are also welcome).

Practical knowledge or personal experience in content creation, digital media, or creative presentation design is plus.

High autonomy, strong self-drive, and the confidence to pitch ideas independently to different clients.

Passion for or strong familiarity with the global beauty, personal care, and lifestyle consumer markets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluency in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
