Job Summary:

• Starting from late 2018, Việc Làm Tốt aims to provide a trustworthy, informative, and responsive recruitment platform specialized for the mass recruitment market. With a high level of user understanding, we use technology to connect job seekers and employers, assisting them in finding a suitable job and fulfilling vacancies.
• We are seeking for a passionate and dedicated Business Analyst to join the team to enhance the recruiter success on the platform by providing excellent recruitment experience and ensuring liquidity. The successful candidate will leverage data analytics, user research, and market trends to drive strategic actions. Key Responsibilities:

• User Journey & Experience Mapping: Partner with Product team Analyze and map out the user experience journey across all touchpoints; identify friction points, drop-offs, and expectation gaps for recruiters and job seekers.
• User Research & Insight Generation: Conduct qualitative research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing) combined with quantitative data analysis to uncover underlying user motivations and behaviors.
• Liquidity & Matching Optimization: Collaborate closely with the Product Team to propose feature enhancements that increase liquidity and matching efficiency between job seekers and recruiters.
• Growth & Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the Growth Team to design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns aimed at driving user adoption and engagement with deep verticalized, recruiter-centric features.
• Data-driven Tracking & Reporting: Track key user experience metrics, build and maintain dashboards (SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio), and deliver actionable data stories and insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• User-Centric Mindset: Essential. A strong passion for asking "Why do users act this way?" before jumping to solutions; proven ability or skill in User Journey Mapping and qualitative research.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), User Research, User Insight, or as a User-focused Business Analyst in e-commerce or classifieds platforms.
• Research & Analytical Skills: Proficient in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing). Hands-on familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or Looker Studio/Data Studio is a strong plus.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex user insights into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Work Style: Proactive "can-do" attitude, outcome-driven, effective AI/automation mindset to optimize speed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
