Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Developer with a background in ** I.T. technical sales or recruitment **, particularly within the ** Salesforce or CRM ecosystem **. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy

Build and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities within the ** Salesforce and CRM ecosystem **.

Identify and target enterprise clients, consulting firms, and system integrators that require Salesforce/CRM consultants.

2. Client & Network Engagement

- Develop relationships with CTOs, CIOs, Heads of CRM, and Talent Acquisition teams at target companies.
- Attend Salesforce and CRM-related industry events, networking groups, and meetups to expand market presence.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key clients and industry influencers.

3. Transitioning from Recruitment to Tech Sales
- Use experience in contract/technical recruitment to ** sell IT consulting and staffing solutions **.
