Responsibilities and Requirements

This role sitting udner our FI team is expected to drive new business development and manage existing client focused in the FI industry (with HK and MNC Bank focus). The candidate is also expected to plan and execute a clear sales strategy within its targeted industry sector coverage, as well as enhance brand awareness to drive sustainable high business growth in the market and delivery customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Creating and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy in order to drive sustained sales and revenue growth across the local market, across a combination of new business and existing cross-sell, with particular focus on D&B’s key products and solutions.

Be a key contact point for a portfolio of FI clients to explore business development, strategic collaboration and sales opportunities.

Executing a strategy which focuses on strategic clients and partners in order to maximise client engagement and be a senior coverage to assist account managers drive revenue upsell/cross sell opportunities within both existing and new accounts.

Leading an industry focused team in identifying business opportunities, growing sales and fostering strong relationships with the clients.

Fostering engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders in Product & Solutions, Client Success, Marketing and other teams to drive new thinking and opportunities.

Working closely with the marketing function to evaluate market trends and dynamics, competitor activities and customer requirements to keep D&B as a market leader.

Setting high standards for sales operational cadence including account planning, QBRs, sales operations platform, etc

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Proven track record of success in sales and/or business development roles, preferably serving Financial Institution (FI) clients, or relationship management experience within the banking sector, with a strong understanding of risk management.

A prolific communicator with track record of engaging various stakeholders to achieve the most successful outcomes

A talent-obsessed, solution seller with the ability to inspire and take others on a journey

Track record of implementing successful market strategies leading to strong revenue growth and market development

Social media savvy with energy, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency

Confidence and maturity to gain instant credibility to lead and influence
