What are we looking for?
Our business is growing so we have an ongoing need to build and scale our Sales Team. As a Business Development Manager - Refrigerated Division, you will join our Boomer Fresh Team. This is a division of Dynamic Connections that focuses specifically on produce and refrigerated goods in Canada and the US markets. What’s unique about this role is that you control your success. You will be responsible for driving produce business growth by effectively developing a pipeline of potential customers in conjunction with the ideal customer profile of the business. You will focus on prospects in the US that ship produce products on refrigerated equipment both domestically and cross border. Your role is to identify, prospect, and secure new customers. You will use a variety of different tools and methods, with the support of the entire organization.
You will bring meaningful and rewarding relationships with your customers. These are long term relationships where we strive to solve problems and fulfill our customers’ needs. You know this industry well and understand the changing nature of the refrigerated world. We operate in an enormous industry; the opportunities are limitless.
