What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position (8–5 pm, Monday–Friday) at our Bolton location. Our ideal team member is dependable, hardworking, and has great attention to detail.
To be successful in this role, you bring:

3–5 years of direct warehouse experience

Counterbalance forklift experience (1–2 years minimum)

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Strong verbal communication skills

Organizational and time management abilities

A dependable, self-directed work ethic—you take initiative and don’t require constant supervision

Ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures
What you will be doing:

Pick and prepare orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging items for delivery

Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks, ensuring all items match delivery documents such as bills of lading and shipping invoices

Inspect goods for damage or defects and report issues promptly

Maintain accurate inventory through regular controls and uphold quality standards for audits

Perform WMS entry and general documentation processing

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace—including shelving, long-term storage, staging areas, and shipping zones

Operate forklifts and equipment safely and efficiently

Communicate proactively with supervisors, drivers, and operations staff

Contribute to a positive team environment and support related tasks as needed
