About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our Business Development team in Southeast Asia’s fast-growing renewable energy sector as an intern for 6 months with a potential conversion to full-time after.

You will support the Business Development department by combining operational tasks (CRM, reporting, project support) with the opportunity to initiate and develop innovative projects that improve efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Reporting

• Manage and optimize our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and useful reporting.

• Support dashboards creation to provide management with visibility on activity.

• Prepare reports for investors, tracking performance against established targets

Risk assessment & Investor Relations

• Lead project risk assessments by reviewing contracts, counterparties, technical considerations, and financial performance

• Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Finance, and Safety teams to review deals

• Support the preparation of investment committee packages.

Strategic & Innovative Initiatives

• Contribute to internal projects that improve efficiency, competitiveness, or knowledge management.

• Take ownership of new initiatives, with the freedom to propose and implement your own ideas.

• Conduct market research and analysis on renewable energy trends, policies, and competitors.

Process & Organization

• Help document and improve internal workflows.

• Participate in projects that enhance the company’s operational effectiveness.

• Assist in building internal best-practice playbooks and knowledge-sharing tools.

Skills & Qualifications

Education & Background

• Final-year student or recent graduate of a Master cursus in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.

• Experience, knowledge or strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

• CRM, Reporting and project management experience is a plus.

🛠 Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of data visualization and AI tools is a plus

• Knowledge of legal concepts, corporate finance, and financial modelling is a plus.

• Strong initiative and curiosity, with the ability to propose ideas.

• Analytical mindset, with critical thinking and synthesis capacities.

• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

• Excellent English communication skills (Thai or other Asian languages are a plus).
