We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who is passionate about partnering with business leaders, driving people initiatives, and enhancing organizational performance.

🔎 Role Overview

As a People & Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and clients to deliver effective HR solutions across performance management, employee relations, and HR operations, while supporting organizational growth and development.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR partner for assigned clients and support HR service delivery

• Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage performance management cycles and employee relations cases

• Ensure proper HR documentation, compliance, and reporting

• Support organizational development initiatives and process improvements

Requirements

5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP roles

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of OD, performance management, and employee relations

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Weekends: Friday & Saturday
