Carpenter/Plumber $22-$30/hr.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter/Plumber to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and plumbing duties on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both trades, be able to work independently, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

- Perform carpentry work, including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, drywall repair, and general construction tasks.

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, drains, and related components.

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tape measures, and work orders.

- Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials and plumbing components.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing and construction-related issues.

- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in both carpentry and plumbing.

- Knowledge of construction methods, plumbing systems, and industry best practices.

- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment safely and effectively.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
