Purpose of the department:
Preserving a secure atmosphere for everyone in the establishment and protecting casino assets, patrons, and other valuables.
Reporting line:
Assistant Security Manager, second in line Security Manager
Job Profile:
Assists in the supervision of the security department for a shift. Schedules employees and assigns tasks needed. Assist Security Manager in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, according to set quality, performance, and staffing standards of Wind Creek Hospitality.
Education, technical knowledge, and skills:
High school diploma or equivalent AND/OR two (2) years Security Supervisory experience required. CPR Certification and First Aid Training preferred and having a good physical condition.
