We are actively looking to find 3 great CDP candidates for our client in Ashbourne.
They are a small but hopefully growing business with 4 sites and aiming for a 5th in the near future.
They have different styles of eateries from pub food to finer dining but always, fresh home made food.
The applying candidate should have a minimum of a years service in a similar role. They should be well versed in the efforts of managing a section and being part of a successful kitchen team in to and through busy services.
The applicant should understand the importance of following spec and its impact on stock control.
Live in accommodation is available and to be discussed with the client.
Any one applying will ideally have their own uniform and knives.
Job offers usual industry perks.
The shift pattern is usually 45/50 hours over 5 days. (4 doubles/splits and one half day)
There is already interest in this job and interviews/trials will be arranged quickly.
