Your mission

As CFO at Daos Hub, you’ll take full ownership of finance and legal during a period of intense growth and global expansion. Your key objective will be to develop and implement a self-sustainable business model—one that ensures healthy cash flow, cost efficiency, and long-term financial independence. You’ll lead financial strategy, streamline reporting, optimize unit economics, and ensure readiness for expansion across crypto-friendly jurisdictions. This is a high-impact role for a strategic operator who knows how to build from the ground up, thinks globally, and moves fast.

Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap

    • First 30 Days
  • Audit financial and legal structure: team, cost/revenue model, contracts, reporting.
  • Identify key financial and regulatory risks for scaling.
  • Deliver a diagnostic report with clear recommendations.
  • Define the vision and draft the initial Business Boost Services package (incl. finance/legal setup).
    • Days 31–60
  • Review and optimize the current financial process, including invoicing and communication with clients.
  • Launch updated financial reporting (burn, runway, P&L, legal status).
  • Review contracts, payroll, and subscriptions for efficiency gains.
  • Set KPIs and client feedback loop for Business Boost.
    • Days 61–90
  • Update and finalize the company’s financial strategy to support and defend key objectives.
  • Implement 1–2 impactful financial or legal improvements.
  • Build a financial model for expansion.
  • Automate key elements of reporting and compliance.
  • Deliver first Business Boost cases, gather results, and present a scale-up roadmap.

    • How You'll Contribute

  • Lead and manage financial operations across UAE and international entities, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and reporting.
  • Build and oversee FP&A functions: forecasting, pricing strategies, performance tracking, and financial modeling.
  • Ensure compliance through audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions in various jurisdictions.
  • Drive financial innovation and scalability through system implementation, automation, and strategic planning.
  • Produce investor-ready materials—updates, dashboards, and scenario planning models.
  • Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, legal/tax advisors, and government bodies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to validate new ventures, optimize cost structures, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Oversee finance team performance and coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Supervise asset management, inventory processes, and office lease/license renewals.

    • What You Bring

  • 7+ years of financial leadership experience, with 3+ years in executive roles (CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director).
  • Proven track record in fast-scaling startups, especially those that grew from an early-stage base into established, multi-market businesses.
  • Deep familiarity with Web3 ecosystems and the legal/regulatory landscape across jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of crypto-friendly jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks—especially across the UAE, Europe, and other relevant markets.
  • Experience taking ownership of both finance and legal functions, ideally within high-growth or frontier industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement financial systems, reporting frameworks, and internal controls from scratch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, ACCA, CPA, or other global finance certifications preferred.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with tokenized assets is a strong plus.
