Your mission

As our Lead Business Development, your mission is to take full ownership of Daos Hub’s growth engine. This is not just about closing deals — it’s about building the systems, strategies, and partnerships that power the entire ecosystem. Based in Dubai — a global Web3 epicenter — you’ll lead the charge in forging high-value relationships, designing scalable outreach pipelines, and packaging our offerings for different market segments. You’ll play a core role in building our initial community of 1,000 members, crafting strategic direction alongside the CEO, and turning vision into traction. This is your chance to define and scale the BizDev function from the ground up at one of the most dynamic Web3 startups in the space.

Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap

  • 0–30 Days
  • Immerse yourself in our product ecosystem, community vision, and strategic goals. Audit current BD processes and pipelines. Build a clear snapshot of existing partnerships, performance metrics, and gaps.
  • 31–60 Days
  • Design and begin executing an upgraded BizDev strategy aligned with our growth objectives. Lead outreach to startups, VCs, service providers, and ecosystem players. Collaborate with the CEO on refining positioning and packaging of partnership offerings.
  • 61–90 Days
  • Establish scalable, data-backed BizDev workflows. Launch pilot community growth initiatives aimed at reaching our first 1,000 members. Report on results and iterate. Begin building out the team and defining long-term growth KPIs.

    How You’ll Contribute

  • Own and lead the Business Development department and its outcomes
  • Create and implement scalable outreach and conversion strategies across key audiences: startups, scale-ups, VCs, service providers, and ecosystem leaders
  • Work directly with the CEO to co-create and drive the company's growth direction
  • Optimize the partnership pipeline — from lead gen to deal closure — using proven systems and innovative experimentation
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations with strategic partners
  • Design product and partnership packages tailored to different verticals and community needs
  • Launch strategic community-building initiatives to help us grow to our first 1,000 members
  • Track performance across KPIs, iterate rapidly, and double down on what works
  • Lead with clarity, inspiring cross-functional collaboration across other teams
  • What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, with 2+ years in a leadership or strategic ownership role
  • Proven track record in process creation and pipeline optimization that converts into tangible growth
  • Experience in building and executing partnership strategies in fast-paced startup environments
  • Confident communicator, capable of representing Daos hub with credibility at the highest levels
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, fast pivots, and high agency work styles
  • Passion for Web3, with a strategic understanding of the ecosystem's key players and trends
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero and scale with purpose
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, ready to plug into a global hub of Web3 innovation
