Change Management (Contract 2 years)

The Change Management Officer plays a key role in driving effective change in new products and feature enhancements within customer applications, systems, or platforms. This role is responsible for assessing change impacts, developing and implementing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and creating communication, training, and adoption plans to support smooth and successful launch of new products and features. The Change Management Officer works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are well understood, effectively communicated, and successfully embedded into business operations and customer experience. For short-term project support, this position may be offered on a fixed-term contract of up to 2 years, subject to business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze the determination of change management and identify stakeholders impacted by the launch of new products and features.
• Develop a strategic communication and training plan, including selecting appropriate communication channels.
• Identify and select target stakeholders for training and communication sessions. Schedule training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Create training and communication materials.
• Collaborate with the project team on feature enhancements, product updates, project timeline and release plans. Additionally, maintain documentation related to training and communication materials (KM).

Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (master’s is preferred)
• 1-3+ years of experience in training, change management, project management, IT delivery, or IT consulting
