The Change Management Lead supports departments undergoing organizational, process, or technology-driven change by developing and implementing change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement approaches. Key Responsibilities

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- ITIL v3
- Expertise in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication planning and execution capabilities.
- Experience conducting readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses.
- Ability to develop adoption strategies for organizations experiencing process, operational, or technology change.
- Knowledge of governance, configuration management, and change management policy development.
- Experience working across business, technical, and leadership stakeholder groups.
