Role Summary:
The Partnership Development Representative (PDR) is a key driver of Filevine's channel partnerships motion, directly contributing to company growth. As a PDR, you'll report to the Sr. Channel Partnership Manager and work closely with the Director of Partnerships and Account Executives — who juggle multiple priorities — acting as a true partner, resource, and team player. This role requires a mix of sales rigor, creativity, and relationship-management skill to drive partnership success.
Responsibilities:
Referral Development
Shepherd inbound referrals from partnership managers to AEs, ensuring meetings get booked and deals move efficiently through the pipeline.
Act as the liaison between partners and AEs to optimize referral conversion rates.
Track and report on referral performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Engage partner-sourced prospect lists to drive outreach efforts that generate new business and upsell opportunities.
Maintain clear organization and communication across teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-driven deals.
Occasionally attend partner events (alongside an AE or partner channel manager) to strengthen partner relationships and source new referral opportunities.
Outbound Prospecting & Partner Acquisition
Proactively identify and recruit new referral partners and event sponsors through outbound efforts.
Engage potential partners across multiple channels — email, calls, social media, and events.
Develop compelling outreach messaging and partner marketing campaigns.
Support co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement strategies.
Grow and nurture collaborative partnerships with SMB partners and marketing agencies.
Prioritize timely follow-up to keep calls scheduled and leads moving forward.
Build strong product knowledge to speak confidently about how Filevine helps partners' clients.

Qualifications:
Experience in sales, partnerships, or a customer-facing role (tech or SaaS preferred).
Strong outbound prospecting and business development experience preferred.

Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track partnerships and referrals.
A self-starter mentality with a track record of executing on growth initiatives.
