Pastry Chef De Partie required for an excellent kitchen. In this kitchen, Chefs work just 45h weekly, are paid well and trained. There are opportunities to learn and progress within the kitchen and pastry is prepared to an excellent, Rosette standard. This role is open to all candidates who have worked with Pastry at a good standard in the past.

Person Required

• Must exhibit high standards, aim for precision and practice excellent cleanliness at all times
• Must show a genuine passion for their work and encourage this from the rest of the team
• Must show an understanding of stock management and be able to manage the requirements of their section
• Must show some ability working on other sections
