General Manager required for a restaurant business in Birmingham that will be working to an extremely high standard, serving authentic Italian cuisine. We are looking for an engaging and personable General Manager with a natural understanding of great service, an ability to drive a business commercially and a passion for people and first class food and drinks.

Person Required

• Must be personable, confident and attentive, able to fulfil the role of an excellent maitre D’ during service, an expert manger of people and someone who naturally builds rapport with guests
• Must show a genuine passion for their work and encourage this from the rest of their team, must have an ability to train and support
• Must have a knowledge and passion for food, wine and service
• Must show an ability to ensure the profitability of a restaurant and how to read and manage the P&L account

• Salary circa £35k dependent on skill and experience
