Christmas Temporary Ecommerce Operations Team

At Jarrolds, Christmas is our busiest and most exciting time of year, and we are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking people to join our Ecommerce Operations Team and help us deliver a fantastic experience for our customers throughout the festive season.

As part of our ecommerce team, you will play an important role behind the scenes helping to ensure online orders are processed accurately, packed beautifully and dispatched on time, so our customers receive their purchases in time for Christmas.

What you will be doing

Depending on your role, your day could include:

• Picking ecommerce orders quickly and accurately
• Packing customer orders ensuring they meet our high standards
• Handling stock and supporting stock replenishment
• Working closely with our wider store and customer service teams
• Keeping the ecommerce operation organised, tidy and running smoothly

What we are looking for:

• We are looking for people with the right attitude, energy and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail, ecommerce, stock management or customer service is a bonus, but not essential.

You will ideally be:

• Reliable, organised and punctual
• Comfortable working at pace in a busy environment
• Naturally organised with good attention to detail
• A positive team player who is happy to get stuck in
• Customer-focused and committed to delivering high standards
• Physically comfortable with a role that may involve standing, walking and handling parcels
• Flexible and available during the busy Christmas period
• Able to work independently while also supporting your colleagues
