Accountabilities:

• Effectively interacting with patients, physicians and staff
• Reception
• Clerical support
• Bookings
• Record data
• Payroll entry
• Chart management
• Telephone answering
• Routine purchase orders related to supplies (receiving and organizing same)
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Business and Commerce and one year community college
• Medical terminology required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Word processing skills and computer experience
• Basic accounting
• Recent payroll experience
• Flexibility to meet the needs of a fast-paced environment
• Recent booking experience an asset
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
• Ability to travel between and work at all Osler sites
• Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration

Additional Information

DURATION: Approximately three (3) months or until the previous incumbent returns.

Hours: Currently Days/Evenings, 8 hours including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)

Salary:
 Minimum:     $26.31 per hour
 Maximum:    $28.49 per hour
