At LBAPS, we’re growing—and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our authorizations department and help shape how services are approved, delivered, and scaled. This is a high-impact leadership role where your expertise will directly support access to care for children and families.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all authorization workflows from start to finish
• Review clinical documentation to ensure strong medical necessity and payer compliance
• Partner with clinical and admin teams to streamline processes and improve turnaround times
• Maintain high standards for ABA documentation accuracy and integrity
• Build, refine, and implement department policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and regulatory standards

What You Bring;

• BCBA certification or strong background in ABA (highly preferred)
• Experience with behavioral health authorizations, insurance, or clinical operations
• Solid understanding of ABA service delivery and payer expectations
• Strong leadership mindset with excellent communication and organization skills
