Responsibilities

- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server and infrastructure administration, preferably in enterprise environments.

- Administer and support Windows Server environments on VMware and Azure, including build, patching, configuration, monitoring, and health management.

- Perform daily production checks, monitoring, and alert reviews to ensure platform stability and availability.

- Manage and support hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including identity lifecycle, synchronization, access management, and security best practices.

- Ensure security and least-privilege standards are consistently applied across infrastructure environments.

- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM and Azure DevOps, including root cause analysis and resolution ownership.

- Implement infrastructure and configuration changes following established change management and CAB processes.

- Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure provisioning using tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure DevOps pipelines.

- Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and runbooks.

- Support infrastructure troubleshooting and provide effective technical communication to relevant stakeholders.

Essential skills

- Strong experience in Windows Server administration.

- Hands-on experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid environments.

- Good understanding of DNS and core infrastructure services.

- Experience with ITSM processes, including incident, service request, change management, and CAB.

- Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO).

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Desired skills

- VMware experience. - Terraform and DevOps (ADO pipelines) experience. - Dynamics infrastructure support. - GCP exposure.- Certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, AZ-400.
