Integration Engineer (Dell Boomi)

Responsibilities

- 5+ years of experience in integration development, with strong hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Dell Boomi integration processes.

- Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and Sapiens.

- Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.

- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM, Azure DevOps (ADO), and established CAB processes.

- Maintain accurate technical documentation, integration specifications, and runbooks in Confluence.

- Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi development and integration support.

- Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Azure services.

- Strong knowledge of APIs and data mapping, including REST/SOAP and JSON/XML.

- Experience working with ITSM processes and Azure DevOps (ADO) boards.

Desired skills

- Sapiens integration experience.

- Azure integration services (e.g. Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Data Factory).

- Dell Boomi certifications.
