- Lead the Marketing Communications strategy for Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit and Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11.
- Oversee brand management, PR, digital marketing, social media and marketing campaigns across both properties.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with media, agencies, and key partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify new opportunities, and manage the Marketing Communications budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior Marketing Communications role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cluster or multi-property environment.
- Strong leadership skills with expertise in brand management, PR, digital marketing, social media and content creation, plus communication skills with excellent Thai & English proficiency.
- Good understanding of hospitality market trends, branding and digital marketing.
- Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
