Cluster Reservation Agent

Seeking for Cluster Reservations Agent for our reservations team across three different properties and yacht reservations company.

• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, cancellations, and provide information about the properties and their services
• Manage daily reservations plans and room availability and payments
• Maintain daily communication with the Front Desk team to ensure accurate information on arrivals, departures, and cancellations
• Have full knowledge of each property and its services
• Handle Yacht reservations for company’s 4 yachts
• Handle correspondence efficiently
• Strong knowledge of PMS systems, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Reservations Agent in a 4* or 5* hotel
• Excellent computer skills and PMS knowledge
• Excellent command of English
• Professional appearance, behavior and genuine courtesy
• Comfort communicating via WhatsApp and online chat with both guests and hotel staff
• Adaptability, efficiency, and interpersonal skills
