We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Ensure that food and beverages are served in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
• Supervise restaurant operations by maintaining effective communication between the service team and the kitchen.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and promptly handle guest inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor and supervise the setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of all restaurant areas to ensure the highest service standards are consistently met.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels, supplies, and equipment are available to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to continuously improve performance and service standards.
• Assist in inventory management and the proper distribution of operational supplies.
• Support management with daily administrative and operational duties as required.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
