Your Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance withpersonal hygiene(e.g., bathing, grooming).
• Support clients withmobility exercisesas directed by the care plan.
• Assist withlight housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportationto appointments.
• Offercompanionship and emotional support.
• Report any changes in client condition to thenurse case manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Indiana HHA License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current CPR Certification
• Negative TB Test(within the last 12 months)
• Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle
• Ability to comply withHIPAAand maintain client confidentiality
• Negative Drug Test and Clear Background Check
• Strongcommunication skillsin English
• Physical ability to perform job duties and lift up to50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as aCNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), caregiver, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar role.
