At JA The Resort, we're searching for a motivated Commis II who is eager to develop their culinary skills while helping create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen standards.
• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and stock rotation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous kitchen experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment.
✔ Knowledge of International Cuisine.
✔ Understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
✔ Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene.
✔ Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic culinary team.
✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
✔ Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
