Are you passionate about people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences? We are looking for a Female Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our exciting new Sports & Shooting Club at JA The Resort.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries efficiently
Deliver personalized service and memorable guest experiences
Promote club facilities, activities, and membership offerings
Handle guest requests and feedback with confidence and care
Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized reception area
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Office, or Guest Services role
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Protel is an advantage
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for hospitality
