We're looking for a DTC/eCommerce CRO specialist to join our team!

Tasks

• Run CRO audits: quantitative, qualitative, heuristic, funnel, competitors
• Turn data into hypotheses and a prioritized testing roadmap
• Plan, launch and analyze A/B tests
• Structure landing page and website builds
• Coordinate design and dev, and give final approval before launch
• Report results and insights to clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on CRO for eCommerce/DTC brands
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, heatmaps and survey tools
• Hands-on with A/B testing tools like Convert, Varify or Intelligems
• Track record building or optimizing landing pages and funnels: sales pages, listicles, advertorials
• Can explain why a test won or lost, not just that it did
• High ownership and clear communication
