• Support the fundraising process from NDA and dataroom creation until due diligence process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update business matrix and financial performance
• Support the Investor Relation process such as board meeting material preparation, investor data request etc.
• Analyze company matrix, financial performance and business data for FPNA and management presentation.
• Maintaining dataroom version and monthly data update for investor and internal monitoring

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• Have min. 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance
• Experienced with building financial model and company valuation (DCF, Comparables)
• Experienced with FPNA, creating and/or monitoring business matrix
• Solid understanding of PnL, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
• Experienced in fundraising process, investors relations (dataroom, board meeting, etc.)
• Good skill with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Experienced with creating and/or updating investment deck, drafting response to Information-Request-List (QnA) from investors
