Corrieri Cilia is a fast-growing tax and legal practice active in the financial services and international business sectors, and we’re seeking to add a Corporate Lawyer to our exceptional team. Job Details

In this role you will support the firm in a broad range of legal work including:

  • Assisting clients in all aspects of Corporate Governance and Administration including submissions to the Registrar of Companies;
  • Drafting and reviewing of Legal and Corporate Documents, Resolutions, PoAs and various types of agreements and civil contracts;
  • Assisting with issues relating to Immigration Law and Compliance procedures and requirements;
  • Liaising with clients, professional advisors and regulatory bodies;
  • Assisting clients in company incorporation and maintenance, company structuring and restructuring;
  • Conducting legal research on various points of law and providing consolidated legal opinions on queries.


Experience and Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a University degree in Law; being warranted locally is not necessary but would be considered advantageous;
  • A minimum of two years’ local experience working in corporate law and/or international taxation is required;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; other languages are considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform diligently under pressure.
