A well-established CSP based in Malta is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Services Officer to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients and provide comprehensive corporate administration services within a dynamic and supportive environment

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €35K, depending on experience

Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and handle day-to-day client requests

  • Prepare and submit statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry (MBR)

  • Attend board meetings, take accurate minutes, and maintain company registers

  • Open and close bank accounts and liaise with banks on behalf of clients

  • Collaborate with third parties such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors

  • Collect and verify due diligence documentation in line with KYC procedures

  • Ensure ongoing monitoring and compliance requirements are met for client portfolios

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them informed of key developments

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within corporate, legal, or financial services

  • Relevant qualifications in a related field (tertiary education preferred)

  • Impeccable written and spoken English

  • Assertive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to quality service delivery

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and ability to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
