Corporate Services Manager
This role is essential to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate facilities maintenance, and provide vital administrative and logistical support to ensure a seamless, secure, and fully functional workspace for the field delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations across IN2 premises in Syria, ensuring a functional and well-maintained working environment.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance, including liaison with landlords, utility providers, and maintenance contractors.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Syria-based project team, including managing office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Support the coordination of meetings, travel, and logistics for field staff and visiting IN2/SDO personnel.
- Support procurement and inventory tracking of office equipment and consumables, in coordination with the Purchasing & Logistics function.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, secure, and functional workspace in coordination with the Syria Office Security function.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Syria Implementation Manager and Project Officers as required.
Qualifications:
- Secondary education required, further qualification in office administration or business support advantageous.
- Prior experience in an office administration, facilities, or logistics support role.
- Fluent in Arabic; basic working English desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and reliability, with the ability to multitask across administrative tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
- Based in Syria.
