Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea
Interlinc is a leading distributor of telecommunications and digital services across the Pacific, providing
sales, distribution, warehousing, logistics and transaction management solutions to major
telecommunications operators, utility providers and other strategic customers.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Country Manager to lead our Papua New Guinea
business. Based in Port Moresby and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Pacific, the Country
Manager will provide hands-on day-to-day leadership of the business, maintaining a visible presence with
employees, customers and stakeholders while overseeing its commercial, operational and financial
performance.
Leading a multi-disciplinary team across sales, operations, finance, warehousing, logistics and
administration, the Country Manager will drive business performance, maintain strong governance and
customer relationships, and ensure the effective execution of Group strategy within Papua New Guinea.
This is an opportunity to lead a well-established business with a diverse portfolio of telecommunications
and digital services in one of the Pacific's most dynamic markets. The role offers broad commercial and
operational responsibility, working closely with Group leadership to drive growth, strengthen customer
partnerships and deliver strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall performance of the PNG business.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Drive commercial growth and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Lead operational excellence across warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Develop and lead a high-performing management team.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management.
• Deliver accurate reporting and implement Group strategy within PNG.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate is an experienced senior leader with demonstrated success managing commercial
operations and delivering financial results and possesses:
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Management or a related
discipline.
• At least ten years' senior management experience in telecommunications, FMCG, logistics,
distribution or a related industry.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational management capability.
• Proven experience leading multi-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in developing markets will be highly regarded.
