Felix Construction Company is seeking a safety-focused and dependable Boom Truck Operator to support our construction operations throughout Arizona. In this role, you will safely transport materials and equipment to project sites and operate boom truck cranes to lift, position, and place materials efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to safety, experience operating commercial vehicles and lifting equipment, and takes pride in supporting project teams with professionalism and accountability.
What You'll Do
Who You Are
Hold a valid Class A with required endorsements.
Possess a current DOT Medical Card.
Have a current NCCCO (or equivalent) crane certification.
Experience operating boom trucks, cranes, or other heavy equipment is preferred.
Knowledgeable in load charts, rigging practices, and construction safety procedures.
Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and following established procedures.
Strong communicator who works effectively with field crews and project stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic jobsite environments.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and electronic inspection or work order systems.
Team-oriented, dependable, and accountable for the quality of your work.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be substituted.
