客戶服務員 Customer Service

職責：

• 快速友好地回應客戶的查詢，確保客戶滿意度最高。
• 處理來電和WhatsApp等查詢，與客戶保持緊密聯絡並跟進他們的問題。
• 協助新商家開戶，並安排設備配送。
• 與客戶服務主管合作，提供反饋和建議以改善服務質量。
• 準確輸入數據並跟進客戶案件。

要求：

• 最低學歷為HKCEE / DSE或以上。
• 有前台接待員、行政助理或客戶服務經驗者優先。歡迎應屆畢業生申請。
• 流利的粵語、英語和普通話。
• 優秀的溝通技巧、客戶服務技巧，積極主動的態度，能夠獨立工作和解決問題。
• 基本的電腦操作技能（MS Excel、PowerPoint和Word），能夠熟練輸入中英文。

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and friendly responses to customer inquiries, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, whatapps , maintaining strong relationships with customers and following up on their queries.
• Assist in merchant onboarding, scheduling device delivery.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Supervisor to provide feedback and suggestions for improving service quality.
• Input data accurately and follow up on customer cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of HKCEE / DSE or above.
• Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in customer service is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and proficiency in typing in both English and Chinese.
