Customer Service & Operations Assistant - SISD Job Posting

The Customer Service & Operations Assistant supports the daily operations of the organization by assisting customers, completing routine administrative tasks, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and helping other team members as needed.

This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working with others, and able to provide friendly and professional customer service. Previous work experience is not required.

Typical duties may include:

• Greeting customers and answering basic questions
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Answering phones and directing questions appropriately
• Completing basic paperwork and data entry
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Following workplace procedures and safety requirements
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and coworkers
• Helping coworkers during busy periods
• Completing assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Learning new duties and procedures as assigned
• Handling unexpected situations calmly and asking for assistance when necessary

Qualifications: Applicants should be dependable, respectful, willing to learn, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working as part of a team. Applicants should demonstrate good communication skills and a positive attitude. No previous professional experience is required.

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
