Customer Service Representative (Swedish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Swedish)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media channels

• Assist customers with questions related to financial products, payments and account services

• Investigate customer queries and provide accurate, solution-oriented assistance

• Maintain professional and high-quality communication across all customer interactions

• Accurately document customer cases and relevant information

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams

• Meet defined quality and productivity KPIs

• Deliver customer support in line with internal processes and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Swedish speaker

• Good command of English

• Completed secondary education

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• Good computer and technology skills

• Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

• Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented personality

• Clean criminal record

• Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus

• Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including weekends.
