טיפול יומיומי בפניות לקוחות עסקיים דרך מערכת קריאות (visitt)
ניתוב ותיאום תקלות לגורמי האחזקה: חשמלאים, טכנאי מיזוג, אינסטלטורים וספקים נוספים
עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים פנימיים בארגון ומול ספקים חיצוניים
מתן שירות ללקוחות השוהים כבר בנכס
הכנת הצעות מחיר לשדרוגים ושינויים
יציאה מזדמנת לפגישות עם לקוחות או סידורים קלים בשטח
דרישות:
תודעת שירות גבוהה, אדיבות ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
סדר, אחריות ויכולת עבודה עם ריבוי ממשקים
רצון ללמוד, להתפתח ולהיכנס לעולם האופרטיבי-שירותי
