Database Developer (MongoDB)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor MongoDB queries, indexes, and overall database performance.
• Analyze and optimize queries and indexing strategies to ensure system efficiency.
• Perform architectural reviews of database solutions and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and efficient data models.
• Provide guidance and support to developers regarding database usage.
• Ensure observability and performance monitoring via Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and Percona tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Database Developer or related role.
• Strong expertise with MongoDB (administration, replication, performance tuning, indexing).
• Hands-on experience with the .NET technology stack.
• Practical knowledge of monitoring and observability tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Percona.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have (Optional Skills):

• Experience with MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Redis and Apache Kafka.
• Broader knowledge of database administration across multiple technologies (Ansible, Kubernetes, Helm).
